What does "bypass immobilizer" mean?

Bypass immobilizer means disabled the immobilizer of the ECU. It won't affect to the key and alarm function. After bypass immobilizer, it's allow user to plug and play the ECU with the car, don’t require additional programming.

Can I return the item that I purchased because my car not ECU issue?

Can, but it's subject to restocking fee 20%-30% of the purchase price. And it's need to be returned in ORIGINAL CONDITION.
